My Spiritual Awakening: A Different View of the Yellow Table with Peacocks
Before my spiritual awakening, I might have viewed the yellow table with peacocks in a very different light. Back then, my focus was more on the practical and surface aspect of life. The table would have simply been a piece of furniture tossed away because it no longer served a purpose to its owner.
I might have admired its uniqueness, noting how it wouldn’t fit into my motif or serve a purpose for me. The peacock would have been nothing more than a decorative choice made by the designer. But since I believe that someone’s trash can be someone’s treasure, I thought, why not? Maybe someone I know would love it.
Without the lens of spiritual awareness, I wouldn’t have recognized the symbolic significance of the colors and the imagery. The idea that the color yellow could represent joy and enlightenment, or that the peacocks could symbolize beauty and spiritual growth, wouldn’t have crossed my mind. It was just a table, and I was just another person going through the motions of everyday life.
Looking back, it’s clear how much my spiritual journey has transformed my perception. Now, I see deeper meanings and connections in the world around me, finding inspiration and guidance in places I once overlooked.
