For me, it took 7 years before I could share my experiences, afraid they might lock me up in an asylum. But in 2024, I decided to hire a spiritual life coach, thinking it would be a good way to release it all. Since I was paying for her service, there was no judgment. It turned out that not only was I right, but she also helped me feel more confident and to voice my truth and share it with the world. And that is exactly what I am doing every chance I get .
